Heather Gibbins

Heather leads the global self-service application and value-add solutions portfolio team. Responsibilities include optimizing and differentiating consumer experience and automating and orchestrating consumer interactions across channels. Key initiatives include producing hardware and software agnostic solutions capable of adapting to market dynamics while ensuring delivery of flexible and extendable new offerings with expanded services capability. Areas of focus include branch/retail automation, omnichannel and self-service marketing and operations management. Heather holds more than nine years of experience at Diebold Nixdorf. Starting as a product manager, she transitioned to sales as a software subject matter expert and then most recently as a Sr. National Account Manager for a Top 10 financial institution in North America. She was also senior product manager responsible for the development and life cycle management of Diebold Nixdorf’s Agilis software offerings and supporting infrastructure. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, OH.
